8. Equipment

Any major substitution will be communicated where reasonably possible.

- Access and loading arrangements
- Setup and dismantling times

The client should ensure that the venue provides suitable access, electricity, safety conditions, and permissions required for the agreed services.
10. Venue and Safety
Our team may refuse or modify a setup if conditions at the venue are considered unsafe or unsuitable for the equipment or personnel.
This may include unsafe electrical systems, inadequate structural support, restricted access, extreme weather conditions, or other safety concerns.
Safety requirements take priority over event setup preferences.
11. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
Need Pro Audio will make reasonable efforts to provide services on time.
However, we are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

The client or responsible event organizer may be responsible for damage to Need Pro Audio equipment caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized handling, or intentional acts during the event.
Any applicable repair or replacement costs may be charged to the responsible party.
